At Time Dynamics, we’re always scanning the universe for beings with initiative and imagination - not just paper qualifications. We’re interested in doers and makers, people with real world skills, interesting ideas and their own projects and dreams. You might be into programming, sewing, Dungeons & Dragons, cooking, or something else entirely. That’s great. We believe creativity shows up in all sorts of ways. We might or might not have a job for you today but perhaps we stay in touch and help you develop your skills, with the idea that we might work together tomorrow.

You might not be doing your dream job right now and your CV might not look like a staircase but we're not looking for those people. We're also definitely NOT looking for people who like to spend the weekend out of their heads legally or illegally. We’re looking for constructive, positive people who want to lead peaceful, meaningful lives and help build a peaceful, positive world.

We won't ask you a set list of questions, for you to answer like a monkey. We know you might have a story, a life, a family, a culture and we want to hear about it. Let's be fair, we could hardly talk about "human factors" as we have without considering that people who work with us are humans, not "resources"! We believe in equal opportunities We know there are differences between younger and older people so we won't pretend there are none. Older people are more likely to bring experience, younger people are more likely to bring a fresh outlook. Women often have better verbal and communication skills, whereas men often have better abstract engineering skills, but one should not turn a statistical stereotype into a compulsory requirement or a prejudiced expectation. So we are not going to pretend that everybody is equal and that there age, gender, race, culture or experiences haven't shaped who they are. But what we are going to do is always look at the person for the job based on that individual's own merit. Jazz came from Afro-Americans in New Orleans but that doesn't mean there cannot be a good Euro-American Jazz musician.

In the same way the worlds first computer programmer was Ada Lovelace who worked on programs for Charles Babbage's engines, the difference engine and the analytical engine which had a mechanical architecture that strongly influenced the CPU architectures of today. Here at Time Dynamics we use the language Ada that was named after her, reflecting her ground breaking work.

Margaret Hamilton is another famous programmer responsible for the programming of the Apollo Guidence Computer. There was no special conditions. She was there because she was good at what she did. She was trained as a mathematician but ended up in computing for engineering.

We support a multicultural world and we believe that NASA has done far more for "American Primacy" than the CIA or the US Military and that no peoples are "chosen" over any other peoples.

Time Dynamics is a family not a corporation. We believe that we can serve our customers and our employees better that way. We are more interested in long term relationships with our customers and with our employees than we are with this years balance sheet, because we believe that both financial rewards and the rewards in life are the result of real dedication to people by people over the long term.

We are also interested in what you would like to become, what you feel you could do but might not have done yet. We may not always give you a job, but we won't give you a rejection! We might even be able to give you some useful pointers and ask you to let us know how you get on because your success matters to us, with or without us.

Be aware that if you prefer to develop your career by moving from company to company with the objective of ever higher pay, then you're probably not our kind of person. You'll probably get more in your pocket somewhere else.

However if you would like to grow as a part of the Time Dynamics family, would like to enjoy work each day knowing that we also respect that you may also have another family at home to take care of, then let's have a chat..

Of course perhaps once in a while you'd like to join in with our weekend maker group, contribute to the model railway or occasional family picnic or even lead some out of hours activity yourself.

Time Dynamics franchise structure

Time Dynamics will support, sales and support franchises around the world who sell and support the products independently of the UK based parent company, while sharing marketing material and benefiting each other in their common objective of providing for the customer's.

Programming at Time Dynamics

Programming in Time Dynamics is a core responsibility in that we are creating the products for tomorrow by listening to our Sales & Support franchises and from time to time meeting customers to support our innovation for the products of tomorrow. Most of our work is based around Ada, not C/C++, because Ada has a track record of reliability second to none. If you enjoy code reliability, less debugging and more programming you will enjoy Time Dynamics' Ada approach. A tiny bit of Ada appears in the image below with the hands holding a light bulb.
